At Custom Fan Jersey, every jersey is printed to order with the name, number and design you choose. Because each item is made just for you, our return and refund rules are a little different from a regular clothing store. Please read this policy before placing your order.
Personalized items
Custom and personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons such as a change of mind, ordering the wrong size, or a typo in the name or number you entered. Please double-check your spelling, numbers and size chart before checking out.
Damaged, defective or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or does not match what you ordered, we will make it right with a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
To request this, contact us within 14 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos showing the problem
- A short description of the issue
In most cases you will not need to send the item back. If we do need it returned, we will tell you how and cover the return shipping cost.
Order changes and cancellations
Because production starts quickly, you can change or cancel an order only within 12 hours of placing it. Contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is in production, it can no longer be changed or cancelled.
Lost or late packages
If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or your package is marked delivered but you have not received it, reach out to us and we will work with the carrier to find a solution.
Refunds
Once a refund is approved, it is issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need extra time to post it to your account.
