Every Custom Fan Jersey order is printed to order with your chosen name, number and design. This page explains how long that takes, what shipping costs, and how to follow your package.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping is free on every order delivered within the United States, with no minimum purchase.
Processing time
Because each jersey is made just for you, please allow 3 to 7 business days for production before your order ships. Large team or bulk orders may need a few extra days; we will let you know if that is the case.
Delivery time
After your order ships, delivery within the U.S. usually takes 3 to 7 business days. Altogether, most customers receive their jerseys within about two weeks of ordering.
These times are estimates. Holidays, peak seasons and carrier delays can occasionally add a few days.
Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow your package until it arrives.
Shipping address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before you place your order. We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away and we will do our best to update it before your order ships.
International orders
We currently ship within the United States. If you are outside the U.S. and would like to order, please contact us and we will see what we can do.
Lost or damaged packages
If your tracking stops updating, your package is marked delivered but you cannot find it, or your order arrives damaged, please reach out. We will work with the carrier and make it right. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
